App Rotating Banner Advertisement
Only 10 of these advertisements will be sold, yet they will catch the eyes of everyone using the Conference App during the display period. Subject to USAging review. The artwork files must be submitted by June 7, 2027.
Marketing Insert
Insert a promotional piece from your company into the Conference Registration Packet that is distributed to all attendees.
This marketing insert consists of one promotional item. This includes a small giveaway or printed materials (up to twelve (12) 8.5” x 11” pages, six double-sided pages). An estimated 1,500 items are requested and must be received at the Conference venue between July 27–29, 2027*. Shipping instructions and a more accurate count will be provided in June to those who select this option. All production, shipping and handling costs are at the expense of the advertiser. USAging reserves the right to refuse materials if delivered after the specified dates.

Cancellation Policy
No advertising cancellations are permitted once ordered. If ordering an advertisement after April 30, 2027, payment is due at registration.
