PREMIER SPONSORSHIPS
These are our most highly visible sponsorship opportunities and will afford you the following Premier Level benefits:
- Complimentary double premium booth in the Tradeshow.

This is the first formal meeting of Conference attendees and will be their first opportunity to meet sponsors.
This sponsorship provides all Premier Level benefits PLUS:
- Company logo integrated into the slideshow that is displayed on the main-stage screens for 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
- Access to VIP reserved seating, where up to five company representatives will have the opportunity to meet speakers and others who are participating in the session.
- Verbal recognition of company by USAging CEO or President from the podium.
- Company logo displayed on large screens at the beginning and end of the session.
- Company will receive sponsorship recognition in the Conference App on the session page.
- Company will receive a complimentary rotating banner ad that will appear throughout the Conference App.

The daily General Sessions offer sponsors the opportunity to have widespread exposure to all Conference attendees.
This sponsorship provides all Premier Level benefits PLUS:

On Wednesday, August 4, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the Discovery Showcase—one big location containing three specialized events happening simultaneously: the Caregiver Community Expo, the Technology Lab and the Wellness Hub.
During the Showcase preview, morning refreshments will be served. Immediately following the General Session, from 10:00 AM–10:45 AM, no sessions will occur to allow all attendees a chance to visit the Showcase. To further entice attendees, there will also be scheduled roundtables, small group discussions, activities, interactive demonstrations and a Poster presentations/viewing occurring until 1:00 PM.
The Caregiver Community Expo showcases companies that provide innovative solutions and support specifically for caregivers! Attendees will have the opportunity to explore caregiving-related products and services and speak directly with the companies who provide them.

Sponsor the popular USAging Conference App, which helps attendees plan their schedule, navigate the Conference, connect with colleagues and exhibitors, give feedback on sessions and more! Last year, nearly 1,100 attendees engaged with the App more than 131,000 times over the course of the Conference. The sponsor of the Conference App is acknowledged by name in Conference signage and printed materials directing attendees to download the App, as well as on the App welcome screen and highlighted in the sponsor listing. Become a General USAging Conference Sponsor to ensure your company is recognized as a Conference Sponsor. A General Conference Sponsor will receive the following benefits:

Six available (two available per day)
The USAging Conference App is widely used by attendees throughout the Conference to check session times and locations, as well as other valuable information. Add your message to the mix! A message from your company will appear in the App, making it impossible for Conference attendees to miss.
Cancellation Policy
No sponsorship cancellations are permitted once ordered. Benefits will not be executed until full payment is received. If ordering a sponsorship after April 30, 2027, payment is due at time of registration.
