ReservationsUSAging secured a discounted group rate for 2024 Conference participants at both hotels. Reservations will be made at the group rate until Friday, June 7, 2024, or until the group blocks are sold out; whichever occurs first. The group block has sold out in past years, so you are encouraged to make your reservations early.
If you have trouble booking your reservation, it may be due to specific sold-out dates. You are encouraged to adjust your reservation request to align with the hotel's availability.
Important Hotel InformationReservation Guarantee: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours before the day of arrival in order to avoid a one night's room/tax penalty charge. Please call Reservations at 866.623.2974 if you need further assistance. Child Policy: Children 16 years or younger will stay free of charge in adult’s room with existing bedding. Lodging Taxes: Room rate listed above does not include taxes or fees. Current (September 2023) taxes are 13.50% and $1.95 per night. |
