Presentation Materials Upload
Use this online form to:
- Upload your FINAL PPT presentation for the conference sessions. For sessions with multiple presenters, please combine your presentation files and upload one single PPT file.
- Upload PDF file(s) of presentation materials that you'd like attendees and interested parties to have access to after the Conference.
Please adhere to the following guidelines when uploading:
Presentation Files (PPT)
- Make sure the materials being uploaded are properly accredited and appropriate permission has been given to all copyrighted information and materials included in the upload.
- Only upload one PPT file per session. If you're presenting multiple presentations during your session, they should be combined into one file before uploading.
- All PPT files should be formatted in 16:9.
- Title your PPT file with the session number followed by "SLIDES" and the session title as listed in the "Workshop" drop-down or found here: https://www.usagingconference.org/agenda. The file title will look something like this: "W82 SLIDES - The ABCs of Aging".
- To make your presentation slides accissible to attendees online prior to the conference, please upload a PDF version as the first Supplemental Materials file in the list below.
Supplemental Session Materials (PDF) - Optional
- Supplemental session materials will be made available on the conference website to attendees and, post-conference, to the public.
- Make sure the materials being uploaded are properly accredited and appropriate permission has been given to all copyrighted information and materials included in the upload.
- Up to six supplemental session material files can be upload. We recommend including a PDF of your presentation slides. Sales materials are not permitted.
- Title each PDF file with the session number followed by "MATERIALS" and the session title as listed in the "Workshop" drop-down or found here: https://www.usagingconference.org/agenda The file title will look something like this: "W82 MATERIALS - The ABCs of Aging".
You must upload your PPT file by Friday, July 3, 2026. If you’ve already uploaded a PPT file, you can replace an existing upload PPT file by uploading a new file before the deadline, Friday, July 3, 2026. Only the latest PPT file will be loaded onto the in-room laptop.
