*In order to register for the Two or More option, you must register all attendees on the same order, at the same time.
Full Conference Registration includes access to all conference sessions and General Sessions, the Tradeshow, and all Conference meal functions (two continental breakfasts, one lunch, a reception and refreshment breaks). Advance registration and additional fees are required for some Pre-Conference Intensives and other special sessions as listed during registration.
One-Day Registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, General Sessions, the Tradeshow and meals on the day of that registration. Monday-only and Tuesday-only registrations also receive access to the Tradeshow during the registered day. Advance registration and additional fees are still required for some Pre-Conference Intensives and other special sessions that are offered on that day of registration.
Method of Payment
Full payment in US dollars is required to complete registration. Registrations are not complete until the payment has been received. Register online using our secure site and pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). The vendor on your credit card statement will be listed as Conference Solutions.
If you are paying by check, please indicate the registrant's name(s) on the check. Make the check payable to “USAging” and mail it to the following address:

Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend the 2024 USAging Conference and Tradeshow, you may:
Send a Substitute
Know someone who is interested in attending in your place? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline, or at the onsite Registration Desk. Payment for substitutions must be made at the time of processing.
Request a Refund
We are happy to accommodate a refund for your registration fees if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received before or on June 7, 2024 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 7, 2024.
Cancellations of optional individual conference items received by June 7, 2024 will receive a full refund of those items. Cancellations can be made by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. We are unable to offer a refund after June 7, 2024.
Additional Policies
I understand that travel and gathering involves risk of sickness, including sickness from COVID-19. I (and on behalf of my guest(s)) waive and release USAging and its partners/vendors, and their employees and agents, from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or death from contraction or spread of COVID-19 or other communicable disease due to travel to or attendance at an event hosted by USAging.
I agree to not attend any USAging event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.
This waiver and release are binding on me and my heirs and successors.
By registering for the 2024 USAging Conference and Tradeshow, you are consenting to receive electronic and mailed communications from USAging. USAging and their agent, Conference Solutions, may use your information to contact you regarding current conference and future USAging programming, including but not limited to: email marketing and important registration-related reminders, information regarding your online experience and mailed communications. Your information will not be sold or shared with any third parties without your expressed consent.
USAging intends to take photographs and video of this event for use in USAging news and promotional material, in print, electronic and other media, including the USAging website. By participating in this event, I grant USAging the right to use any image, photograph, voice or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. All media become the property of USAging. Media may be displayed, distributed or used by USAging for any purpose.
