Caregiver Community Expo – $1,200
(Hosted in tandem with the Technology Lab, on Tuesday, July 22, from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM)

The Caregiver Community Expo, a new addition to the USAging Annual Conference and Tradeshow, is specifically tailored to connect companies that offer cutting-edge solutions and support for caregivers. This Expo is in addition to our Tradeshow, offering you the unique opportunity to showcase your caregiving-related products and services in a dedicated, intimate setting. Attendees will be able to engage in meaningful discussions about these offerings in a focused environment.
What You'll Receive:
- 8' x 10' Standard demonstration booth
- 4 chairs (2 on each side of the table)
- Two booth attendees (no access to meals)
- Special marketing exposure related to the Caregiver Community Expo
- Power and tech options, which can be arranged with the USAging Conference-approved vendor at their own cost. Details to follow.
Technology Lab – $1,200

The Technology Lab is a special opportunity for innovative technology companies. This lab is in addition to our Tradeshow, offering the unique opportunity to demonstrate your product or service up-close with our members. This will be similar to a show-and-tell, during which you can demo your technology solutions and innovations and show how these support Area Agencies on Aging or enhance care for older adults and people with disabilities.

Marketing Insert – $1,500
Insert a promotional piece from your company into the Conference Registration Packet that is distributed to all attendees.
This marketing insert consists of one promotional piece, up to twelve (12) 8.5” x 11” pages (six double-sided pages). An estimated 1,400 copies are requested and must be received at the Conference venue between July 14–16, 2025. Shipping instructions and an exact quantity will be provided in June to those who select this option. All shipping and handling costs are at the expense of the advertiser. USAging reserves the right to refuse materials if delivered after the specified dates.
App Rotating Advertisement – $1,000
Only 10 of these advertisements will be sold, ensuring they will catch the eyes of everyone using the Conference App during the display period! Last year, more than 1,000 attendees used the mobile app, engaging with it nearly 200,000 times over the course of the Conference. Ad content is subject to USAging review.

Cancellation Policy
Exhibit refunds, less an administrative fee of $300 per booth, will be made at the discretion of USAging, but no refund will be given for a cancellation made within 60 days of installation. If ordering an exhibit after May 1, 2025, payment is due at time of registration.
