The USAging Tradeshow provides a dynamic environment where attendees network and learn about the latest products and resources that will help them better serve consumers in their communities. Each year, USAging members and other attendees look forward to learning from industry experts about the latest news, resources and technologies that will help them provide the most innovative, high-quality and expert care for the older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers in their communities.

Please Note:
- Mini booths are limited to one booth attendant. No additional booth attendants can be registered for mini booths.
- Premium and Standard booths are not eligible for downgrade to a Mini booth.
- After Friday, May 1, 2026, new exhibitors will not be listed in the Conference printed program or on Conference signage.

Exhibit Benefits
- Digital copy of Attendee Roster (with mailing addresses).
- Your company name, description and logo in the Conference App.
- Listing in the Exhibitor Guide of the Conference Program (description must be received by Friday, May 1, 2026).
- Additional exposure through participation in the optional door prize program.
- Your exhibitor profile in the Conference App's searchable exhibitor listing.
Each Standard and Premium Booth includes:
- 8’ high draped back wall and 3’ high side partitions
- Skirted table with two side chairs
- 44” x 7” identification sign
- Complimentary exhibitor name badge (no access to sessions) and tradeshow food and beverage offerings for the one registered booth attendant. Additional exhibitor badges are available for purchase for Standard and Premium Booths.
Each Mini Booth includes:
- 8’ high draped back wall and 3' high side partitions
- Small skirted table with one side chair
- 44” x 7” identification sign
- Complimentary exhibitor name badge (no access to sessions) and tradeshow food and beverage offerings for the one registered booth attendant. No additional booth attendants are permitted for Mini booths.

The interactive “Make a Deal” Tradeshow Incentive Game is a cost-effective way to get extra recognition and drive members to your booth. Booths that sponsor a game prize will have a prize icon on their booth listing (if all submission details and deadlines are met). Sign up to be a game prize sponsor when you register for your booth.
Cancellation Policy
Exhibit refunds, less an administrative fee of $300 per booth, will be made at the discretion of USAging, but no refund will be given for a cancellation made within 60 days of installation. If ordering an exhibit after May 1, 2026, payment is due at time of registration.

The USAging Sponsor, Tradeshow and Advertising rules and regulations must be accepted at the time of registration and can be downloaded here.
