USAging Answers on Aging Tradeshow: Where the Aging Network and Business Meet 

The USAging Tradeshow provides a dynamic environment where attendees network and learn about the latest products and resources that will help them better serve consumers in their communities. Each year, USAging members and other attendees look forward to learning from industry experts about the latest news, resources and technologies that will help them provide the most innovative, high-quality and expert care for the older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers in their communities.

Please Note:

  • Mini booths are limited to one booth attendant. No additional booth attendants can be registered for mini booths.
  • Premium and Standard booths are not eligible for downgrade to a Mini booth.
  • After Friday, May 1, 2026, new exhibitors will not be listed in the Conference printed program or on Conference signage. 

 

Exhibitor Information and Exhibitor Schedule

 

Exhibit Benefits
  • Digital copy of Attendee Roster (with mailing addresses).

  • Listing in the Exhibitor Guide of the Conference Program (description must be received by Friday, May 1, 2026).

Each Standard and Premium Booth includes:

  • 8’ high draped back wall and 3’ high side partitions
  • Skirted table with two side chairs
  • 44” x 7” identification sign
  • Complimentary exhibitor name badge (no access to sessions) and tradeshow food and beverage offerings for the one registered booth attendant. Additional exhibitor badges are available for purchase for Standard and Premium Booths.

 

Each Mini Booth includes:

  • 8’ high draped back wall and 3' high side partitions
  • Small skirted table with one side chair
  • 44” x 7” identification sign
  • Complimentary exhibitor name badge (no access to sessions) and tradeshow food and beverage offerings for the one registered booth attendant. No additional booth attendants are permitted for Mini booths.

Technology Lab - $750

Hosted in tandem with the Caregiver Community Expo and Wellness Hub on Monday, July 20, from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.

 

The Technology Lab is a special opportunity only for innovative technology companies registered as sponsors or exhibitors at the 2026 Conference. This interactive lab goes beyond the Tradeshow, giving you the spotlight to showcase your product or service directly to our members. It’s your chance to bring your technology solutions and innovations to life—demonstrating firsthand how they empower and support our members.  During this lab, there will also be scheduled roundtables, small group discussions and a poster session in the room to drive even more traffic!

 

Event Details:

  • Date: Monday, July 20, 2026
  • Time: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM (Setup: 7:00 AM–8:00 AM, Dismantle: 1:00 PM-2:00 PM)
    • New this year: There will be morning refreshments served in this room, as well as a dedicated sessions-free block of time to allow attendees to more easily visit the Lab/Expo/Hub.

 

What You'll Receive:

  • Demonstration table.
  • 4 chairs (2 on each side of the table).
  • Two table attendees.
  • Special marketing exposure related to the Technology Lab.
  • Access to Conference Wi-Fi.
  • Power and tech options, which can be arranged with the USAging Conference-approved vendor at their own cost. Details to follow.

 

 

Caregiver Community Expo - $750

Hosted in tandem with the Technology Lab and Wellness Hub on Monday, July 20, from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.

 

The Caregiver Community Expo is designed to spotlight companies delivering innovative solutions and meaningful support for caregivers. Held in addition to our Tradeshow, this exclusive event offers a focused, engaging setting to showcase your caregiving products and services directly to those who need them most. During this Expo, there will also be scheduled roundtables, small group discussions and a poster session in the room to drive even more traffic!

  • Date: Monday, July 20, 2026

The Wellness Hub is an exciting new addition to the Tradeshow, created to highlight companies delivering innovative wellness solutions for AAAs and the older adults they serve. This dedicated, hands-on space invites you to connect directly with conference attendees and showcase how your products and services promote healthy aging in action. During this hub, there will also be scheduled roundtables, small group discussions and a poster session in the room to drive even more traffic!

In addition to the Technology Lab, Caregiver Community Expo and Wellness Hub, USAging’s inaugural Poster Presentations will be displayed throughout the same area , driving more traffic among demonstration tables! Posters will spotlight and share AAA and Title VI innovative and successful programs, research and services. (Note: Posters are accepted from AAAs, Title VI programs and nonprofit entities only via the Call for Sessions process.)

Cancellation Policy

Exhibit refunds, less an administrative fee of $300 per booth, will be made at the discretion of USAging, but no refund will be given for a cancellation made within 60 days of installation. If ordering an exhibit after May 1, 2026, payment is due at time of registration.

 

Rules and Regulations

The USAging Sponsor, Tradeshow and Advertising rules and regulations must be accepted at the time of registration and can be downloaded here.
