Reservations Opening Soon
USAging discounted group rates for the 2027 Conference will be on a room-available basis for booking over the Conference dates. Access to the discounted rates will be available exclusively to registrants during the early registration period (February 17–April 16) to help ensure access to those attending the Conference. Please note that USAging discounted reservations are not available by calling the hotels directly during this period; reservations made using the USAging discounted rates without a Conference registration are subject to automatic cancellation.
Once the early registration period has ended, reservations at the hotels will be available for open reservations while rooms last, or until the July 2, 2027, reservation deadline, whichever happens first. The room block typically sells out long before the deadline and the discounts may not be offered if sold out, so you are strongly encouraged to register during the early registration period to ensure access to the hotel reservation site. Join the email list to receive alerts regarding registration and reservation site availability.
Once the USAging group blocks are sold out, you can make reservations at the hotels directly on a rooms-available basis at the hotel’s prevailing rates.
