USAging’s Answers on Aging Tradeshow: Where the Aging Network and business meet. 

The USAging Tradeshow provides a dynamic environment where attendees network and learn about the latest products and resources that will help them better serve their clients. USAging members look forward to learning from industry experts about the latest news, resources and technologies that will help them provide the most innovative, high quality and expert care for the older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers in their communities.
Take advantage of this opportunity to reach a concentrated group of decisionmakers by reserving a booth at the USAging 2023 Tradeshow. The Tradeshow will provide more than five hours of networking time and will include several key functions (opening reception, breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks).


Premium booths are placed in spaces where there is maximum traffic flow at the end of each row in the Tradeshow or near main traffic draws like the food and beverage stations and the Tradeshow entrance. All booths are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis—the premium booths are the first to sell out. Get yours early! The Tradeshow is known for its interactive displays, industry proven tools, games, technologies and evidence-based research. Be prepared to show and share the best of your products and expertise!

Company Product Promo Signs - $300

Does your company support managed care, care transitions, chronic disease management, caregiver support or livable communities? If so, take advantage of USAging's Conference exhibitor designation signs, so attendees can quickly see the visual on your booth that lets them know you are involved in one of these important areas. This signage will help attendees know what topics to discuss with company representatives and will help focus the conversations you have with attendees about your company and its specific value to the Aging Network. 


Game Prize Sponsorships - $250

The interactive “Make a Deal” Tradeshow Game is a cost-effective way to get extra recognition and drive members to your booth. Booths that sponsor a game prize will have a prize icon on their booth listing (if all submission details and deadlines are met). Sign-up to be a game prize sponsor when you register for your booth.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibit refunds, less an administrative fee of $300 per booth, will be made at the discretion of USAging, but no refund will be given for a cancellation made within 60 days of installation. If ordering an exhibit after May 1, 2023, payment is due no later than June 2, 2023.
