*In order to register for the Two or More rate option, you must register all attendees on the same order. No exceptions, so please plan ahead.

 

Full Conference Registration includes access to all workshops and general sessions, the Tradeshow, and all Conference meal functions (two continental breakfasts, one lunch, a reception, and refreshment breaks). Advance registration and additional fees are required for some Pre-Conference Intensives and other special sessions as listed during registration.

 

One Day Registration fee includes access to all workshops, general sessions and meals on the day of that registration. Sunday-only and Monday-only registrations also receive access to the Tradeshow during the registered day. Advance registration and additional fees are still required for some Pre-Conference Intensives and other special sessions that are offered on the day of registration.

 

Method of Payment

Full payment in US dollars is required to complete registration. Registrations are not complete until the payment has been received. Register online using our secure site and pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). The vendor on your credit card statement will be listed as Conference Solutions.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend the 2023 USAging Conference and Tradeshow, you may:

 

Send a Substitute
Know someone who is interested in attending in your place? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline on June 30, 2023, or at the onsite Registration Desk. Payment for substitutions must be made at the time of processing.


Request a Refund
We are happy to accommodate a refund for your registration fees if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received before or on June 16, 2023 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 16, 2023.

Cancellations of optional individual conference items received by June 16, 2023 will receive a full refund of those items. Cancellations can be made by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. We are unable to offer a refund after June 16, 2023.
