Online Registration

I’m having trouble getting started with the online registration.

Please visit the USAging 47th Annual Conference and Tradeshow registration webpage here.

Click the “New Registration” button. Enter your name, email address and additional information, then click “Continue” to proceed with your registration. Each registrant is identified by their email address; if you have already registered or someone has registered on your behalf using your email address, you will not be able to use that email address to register. Please contact the Registration Coordinator for further assistance:

I cannot find my registration confirmation email.

A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. This email will serve as your official receipt and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “additional email address” field, if entered).

If you have not received your registration confirmation email, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
  2. Check your spam folder. The subject of the email will be “Confirmation for 47th Annual USAging Conference and Tradeshow.”
  3. Email and request that your registration confirmation be resent.

I have already completed my registration, but I need to modify my order. How can I do that?

If you would like to edit your order after you submitted your registration, please email for assistance.

How do I register my group to receive the “Two or More” discount?

You will be given the option to register additional individuals before completing your order. If you would like to register another person to receive the "Two Or More" discount, click "yes" when prompted prior to submitting payment. To receive the discount, all registrants must be from the same organization, registered at the same time and must be paid together. NOTE: Group discounts are not available for Title VI Native American Aging Program, One-Day or Volunteer registrants.

I am registering as part of a group—why is the website charging me the regular rate?

The registration site will provide a discount for groups who register together on one order, who are all from the same organization, and who pay at the same time. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the discount unless you are all registered together as a group and on the same order. Please contact if you are having trouble adding members to your group.

I selected "check" as my payment option, but now I want to pay with a credit card.

Visit the registration site and select “Modify Registration.” Enter your email address and reference number (found in your registration confirmation email). You will be directed to the payment page where you can select “credit card” and enter your payment details.
